Made from high quality glazed porcelain the crock keeps butter soft, fresh, and spreadable for up to one month. Fill the top of the butter crock with 1 stick of butter (1/2 Cup Butter) and the base with 1/2 Cup of Water. When the top of the butter crock is place onto the base the water creates an airtight seal keeping your butter fresh for up to 1 month (change water every 2-3 days to keep fresh). Food and dishwasher safe.
